⏳ Return Window
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, we can only provide technical support or spare parts (not refunds).
💵 Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
🔄 Exchanges
If your hovercraft has a defect or problem, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund.
Buyers may also choose to upgrade or exchange for another model (price difference applies).
📦 Return Shipping
If the return is due to a product defect or our mistake, we cover all shipping costs.
If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong order, no longer needed), the buyer is responsible for:
Return shipping to our warehouse.
The original outbound shipping cost (even if the order qualified for “Free Shipping,” the actual shipping fee will be deducted from the refund).
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged by misuse, crashes, or improper modifications are not eligible for return.
Batteries and electronic parts that have been connected/used cannot be returned unless faulty upon arrival.
