We ship worldwide. Most of our customers are from the United States, Europe, and Asia, but we can deliver to almost any country.

🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Each hovercraft model is carefully packed and tested before shipping.

📦 Estimated Delivery Time

United States & Europe: 10–30 business days

Canada & Australia: 10–20 business days

Asia: 7–15 business days

Other Regions: 15–30 business days

Note: Delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

⚠️ Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by your country.

We will provide accurate product details on the customs declaration to help minimize costs.

🚨 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed for more than 30 business days, please contact us and we will help follow up with the courier.

If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement free of charge.
